Support Overview

OCSL provides a range of support services. We are one of a very select group chosen by HP as UK Authorised Service Management Partners (ASMP), which means we manage HP support contracts on behalf of our clients and provide front line help desk services.

Our specialist team has over 15 years experience in providing support solutions to clients and it is this team that runs our help desk.

Onsite and telephone support is also offered directly by OCSL as part of our MIDAS (Managed Infrastructure Deployment And Support) Service which is designed to provide existing IT personnel with additional resource. MIDAS can also deliver managed services such as the remote management of your storage environment to an agreed SLA.
