MIDAS (Managed Infrastructure Deployment And Support) is designed to provide existing IT personnel with additional resource and it can also deliver managed services such as the remote management of your storage environment. MIDAS support contracts from OCSL are tailored to meet clients specific requirements and can include pre-paid onsite technical consultancy days as well as telephone help desk.
