OCSL provides a range of support services. We hold the status of Service One Expert for HP, one of a handful of UK partners to have achieved this premier level of service partnership, accessible only to the very top partners.
As an Expert partner, OCSL can provide and deliver HP Contractual services, HP Professional services and HP Care Pack services.
We are one of a very select group chosen by HP as Tier One Partners for Service Contract Specialists (SCS), which means we manage HP support contracts on behalf of our clients and provide front line support account management.
Our specialist team has over 20 years experience in providing support solutions to clients and it is this team that provides this dedicated account management.
Onsite and telephone support is also offered directly by OCSL as part of our MIDAS (Managed Infrastructure Deployment And Support) Service which is designed to provide existing IT personnel with additional resource. MIDAS can also deliver managed services such as the remote management of your storage environment to an agreed SLA.
