Proactive Select Service

With Proactive Select, you purchase service credits that can be redeemed against technical, educational and service delivery activities at any time over the life of the Proactive Select agreement.

Your Proactive Select package provides an aligned account support manager (ASM). Your ASM is responsible for, and assists with, the following activities:

  • Helping you select the right service delivery activities to meet your requirements
  • Engaging the appropriate resources to ensure timely delivery of the selected service delivery activities
  • Gaining formal sign off after each service delivery activity has been successfully undertaken
  • Formal telephone review at each anniversary and the end of the Proactive Select agreement

Proactive Select may be coupled with HP hardware and software support, although this is not a pre-requisite for the service.

There are four main Proactive Select packages, which provide 10, 30, 60, or 180 credits per year. Additional proactive service credits can be purchased at any time, in increments of 10 credits, to supplement the main Proactive Select packages.
